1. Our Services
TidyTrue Services provides residential, Airbnb, short-term rental, and related cleaning services in Houston, Dallas, and Beaumont, Texas. The specific services available may vary by location, and we reserve the right to update, add, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Quotes, Booking & Scheduling
Quotes provided through our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual assessment of the property. Appointments are confirmed once a scheduled date and time are agreed upon.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time the service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or provided by our team.
5. Property Access & Preparation
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure pets, remove or point out valuables or fragile items you would like handled with special care, and let us know about any areas that should not be cleaned.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas.
7. Limitation of Liability
While our team takes great care with every property, TidyTrue Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from items not disclosed to our team in advance. Please report any concerns as soon as possible so we can address them.
